Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your item back to 517 Concession 7 Kincardine Ontario Canada N2Z 2X6.
If your exchange is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to you.
Refunds
Au Natural is unable to accept refunds for any products sold on our site. Since all our products are made with all natural ingredients, without the use of chemical preservatives, the shelf life of our products are between 6 months and 1 year and can not be resold. Each item is made to order for each individual and their skincare needs.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aunatural.ca and send your item to: 517 Concession 7 Kincardine Ontario Canada N2Z 2X6.
Shipping exchanges
To return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to: 517 Concession 7 Kincardine Ontario Canada N2Z 2X6.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
